Feeling stuck? Let’s design a life that feels like yours.
Get clear on what matters, explore what is possible, and take small steps toward your next chapter.
One step at a time.
Perhaps life looks fine from the outside, but inside you feel uncertain. You may be asking yourself:
Where is my life heading?
What do I really want next?
Why am I doing what I am doing?
Is this the life I want—or simply the life I fell into?
How can I make space for work, play, love, and wellbeing?
You do not need to have all the answers before we begin. Designing Your Life coaching gives you practical tools and a supportive space to get curious, explore possibilities, and take small steps toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you are.
What’s Included ListYou do not have to figure out your whole life today. You only need to get curious about the next step.
Designing Your Life is an approach developed by Stanford educators Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. It applies principles from design thinking such as curiosity, reframing, experimentation, and prototyping to life and career decisions.
Rather than searching for one perfect answer or a single fixed purpose, the approach helps you explore different possible futures, learn through action, and keep adjusting your direction as you gain new insight.
The method grew from Stanford’s Designing Your Life course and draws on the university’s product-design and d.school principles. Stanford describes the course as helping people use design thinking to create a life that is meaningful to them, while the Life Design Lab offers tools such as Odyssey Plans to explore alternative futures. stanford
What Is Designing Your Life?
Every journey is personal, but we may work with tools such as:

What We May Explore Together
We will use the Work, Play, Love, and Health dashboard to look at your life as a whole:
Work: Your job, career, study, meaningful contribution, or responsibilities.
Play: Activities you enjoy simply because they bring energy, curiosity, or joy.
Love: The people, relationships, and connections that matter to you. This is not dating or romance coaching.
Health: Your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
There is no “perfect” score and no universal definition of balance. The aim is to notice what is working, what feels depleted, and what you would like to redesign.
The Four Areas of Your Life
I will not tell you what your purpose is or choose your path for you. Instead, I bring coaching, thoughtful questions, practical DYL tools, and a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you:
Gain clarity about what matters most now
Identify patterns, assumptions, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck
Explore more than one possible future
Build confidence in your own decisions
Turn ideas into small, meaningful experiments
Design a life that feels more like your own
